Our Why
My own veterinary school application process was stressful, time-consuming, and often confusing -- I frequently had more questions than answers. I needed mentorship, but I had no one to turn to. That experience is what inspired me to start The Acceptance Lab: to connect with students and be there for them throughout their own journey. My passion is supporting students and ensuring that no one has to navigate this process alone.

As a veterinary student and college graduate, I have been in many of your shoes.
In my pursuit of professional school, I often felt alone, overwhelmed, and confused, and I did not have anyone to turn to. ​ After being accepted into my dream veterinary school, I began mentoring students who were navigating their own application processes.
​
In 2023 and 2024, I worked with a variety of students from Princeton University, providing application support, advice, and guidance.

In 2024, I launched a social media account (@grace.the.dogtor) that has grown to over 5.5M total views. Through this platform, I have connected with hundreds of students like YOU.

What began as online mentorship and coaching has grown into my passion project: The Acceptance Lab.
