Refund Policy

We are able to issue a FULL refund on any services that are purchased but not rendered. 

Once work for a student has begun, we will not be able to issue a full refund, but can issue a partial refund. The extent of a refund will be at the discretion of our team, contingent on our much time was spent preparing for our appointment. 

Here is an example of how this policy may be carried out:
You purchased of a personal essay review session, but decided to cancel for a refund an hour before the call. You already sent Grace your personal statement and she has reviewed your essay and given preliminary comments. This would NOT be eligible for a full refund because some services were rendered and some comments were given. Since we did not have a Video Call, we would be compensated for the portion of time spent reviewing your essay prior to the call. Therefore: we would refund an appropriate amount after compensation for our time.
